Refund policy

Discount Printers accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase. If you encounter a issue with your order please email discountprinters@bag-printers.com and we will generate a return or replacement. We require any product must be returned for refund to be issued no exceptions. All product returns, with exception to defective items, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We do not offer warranty service or returns for items exported out of the United States.

 When we receive your return product, our Quality Control team will inspect the product and confirm whether the product is eligible for a warranty claim. Refunds and Credit will be issued within 7-15 days of receipt and inspection of product return
In cases where the buyer no longer needs an item, buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to us.  If the product does not qualify under our warranty policy, we will contact you with an explanation and return the product at your expense or dispose of the product at your discretion.
